Based in Dieuze, France, the former company GGB is a global leader in precision aluminum foundry and the manufacturing of high-precision bearings and other components, primarily used in the hydraulic pump industry.
Our history dates back to 1974 when we started as SIC (Société Industrielle des Coussinets), later known as DANA. Over the decades, we have evolved to become a major player in our field. In the last decade, we joined the GGB group, and in 2023, we were acquired by the TEAK group, further strengthening our position in the global market.
The company, known as Rafer, will operate under the trade name MicronMax, reflecting its unique high-precision processes and the use of its exclusive alloy SICAL in its top-class aluminum foundry.
